When you submit an enquiry, we collect the name, email address and requirement details you provide, together with any company, country or region, product interest and application information you choose to include. A contact phone number, including its country calling code, is optional and is used to respond to and follow up on your enquiry.
We use the information to answer enquiries, advise on material selection and provide the product information you request.
Enquiries are stored on Jingui's server for authorised personnel to handle. Formspree receives and stores the information needed to send email notifications to our team. We do not sell this information or use it for unrelated purposes.
You may request access, correction or deletion of enquiry information by contacting neonpsp@outlook.com.
We collect first-party website visit statistics, including the page URL, IP address and approximate region, referral source, and browser and device information, to improve this website and support its security. Access is restricted to authorised administrators, and detailed visit records are retained for 90 days. We do not use advertising tracking cookies or send IP addresses to third-party location services. You can opt out of these statistics by enabling Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control in your browser. This is separate from how we handle information submitted through the enquiry form.
