Equipment manufacturing · operation · retrofit
Our experience covers both the manufacture of quartz-processing equipment and its day-to-day use in real production. Starting from the feed characteristics, target product, purity, particle range, capacity, utilities and site conditions, we can match and customize a new system—or modify an existing line—around the customer's actual production requirements.

A belt-type color sorter uses dual-spectrum optical recognition to identify and reject feldspar, mica, iron-bearing inclusions and visibly discoloured particles. Stable conveying and high-speed air ejection help control incoming ore quality before the material enters the main purification route.

The sand-making line receives crushed quartz ore and develops it into the particle range required by the purification process. Particle control at this stage affects downstream flotation and acid-leaching efficiency, overall yield and the final product distribution.

The system is used for precision removal of weakly magnetic iron-bearing impurities and for controlled particle separation. An adjustable high-gradient magnetic field allows the operating window to be matched to the feed and the target product rather than relying on one fixed setting.

The flotation system uses controlled bubble separation to remove mica, feldspar and other associated gangue minerals from quartz sand. The equipment configuration and operating conditions are matched to the mineral composition, particle range and required separation result.

Strong-acid leaching with dynamic agitation targets metal-oxide impurities located on particle surfaces and within crystal fissures. The integrated route can connect feeding, reaction, agitation, acid discharge, washing and acid recovery as a continuous closed-loop process.

Counter-current hot-air exchange and variable-frequency discharge control the residence time of washed quartz sand. Indirect heat exchange reduces contact contamination, while PID temperature control and dust collection support consistent downstream dryness.

Quartz sand is heated in a chlorinating atmosphere inside the same furnace tube, with calcination and chlorination taking place simultaneously. Equipment configuration and operating conditions are matched to the material and purification requirements.

The finished-product line connects final magnetic separation, protected classification, conveying and bulk-bag discharge. Its purpose is to complete the last particle and iron-control steps while reducing unnecessary manual handling before dispatch.
